This group show includes a variety of mixed media works, acrylic paintings and photography. Brown’s works reflect the rich textures and colours of Asian and Indian textiles. Micheline Motgomery blends fantasy and family themes with lively colour and whimsical imagery. While Ken Peglar focuses on details of natural and industrial surfaces to create beautiful abstract compositions.
ABOUT Sight-on-SITE A city to city art exchange series, Artify’s Sight-on-SITE is connecting artists across regions of southern Ontario. Individuals and art groups are given opportunities to utilize a professional curator, expand their audiences, market their art and participate in a new model of inter-city support for art production and sale. Local commercial galleries have access to an enhanced pool of artist-clients. Shows provide additional attractions for local tourism as well as non-local visitors. Sight-on-SITE projects are effective hubs for local short-term employment opportunities, fundraising activities and art-related workshops. Previous Sight-on-SITE exchange destinations: Stratford, Barrie, and Toronto, Ontario (fundraisers -Goderich Tornado Relief Fund, Toronto Daily Bread Food Bank, Goderich Coop Gallery)
Artify is a curatorial service and Pop Up Gallery provider. Artify’s purpose is to connect artists with a new and wider variety of communities and audiences or clients. Susan L. Brown, founder of Artify, has curated shows in public and commercial locations. Susan is an award-winning visual artist and art educator.

Susan Brown is hosting part of the Bayview Art Tour at her home, 345 Balliol St., Toronto.
Exhibiting with Susan are Phillis Walker, Enamel artist and jeweller, and Joan McGivney, paintings in oils and acrylics.
Local artists will be inviting the community into
their homes and studios this fall during the 13th Annual Bayview Art
Tour. This year the Tour will be BEFORE
THANKSGIVING – on Saturday and Sunday, October 5th and 6th, 2013,
from noon to 5pm.
Bayview Art Tour venues lie
in the general area bounded by Mt. Pleasant Rd. to the west, Laird Ave. to the
east, Broadway Ave. to the north and the East Moore Park area to the south.
