Toronto artists’ work “migrated” to an exhibition site in Stratford, Ontario for a month-long show. Artists from Stratford were invited to send their work to Toronto, producing a complimentary show there. Sight-on-SITE projects have successfully taken place in Stratford 2012, Toronto 2012, and Barrie 2013, OntarioSight-on-SITE- the MISSIONIndividuals and art groups will be given opportunities to expand their audiences, market their art and participate in a new model of inter-city support for art production and sale. Local commercial galleries will have access to an enhanced pool of artist-clients. Shows will provide additional attractions for local tourism as well as non-local visitors. Sight-on-SITE projects would be effective hubs for local short-term employment opportunities, fundraising activities and art-related workshops. Previous Sight-on-SITE projects have successfully taken place in Stratford 2012, Toronto 2012, and Barrie 2013, Ontario.About ArtifyArtify is a curatorial service and Pop Up Gallery provider.
